Lemminkainen Latvija SIA, initially Lemcon Latvija, was founded
on July 19, 2010 as a subsidiary owned by the Finnish largest
road construction group Lemminkäinen. On March 10, 2008, the
subsidiary changed its name to Lemminkainen Latvija SIA (limited
liability company).
